Can you believe that November has officially arrived? It’s now time to pack away the Halloween decorations and give our homes and ourselves a bit of a refresh before we head into the Christmas and holiday season. Keep reading to find out what 5 things you should tackle this November.
Has anyone else noticed that the mason jar “craze” never really came to an end? A few years back, mason jars came storming back into the home and kitchen world and never left, which I think is a great thing! I think it came down to the fact that people everywhere realized how great these little or big jars are and decided to embrace them and use them wherever possible!
I know it’s hard to let go of Summer, I’ll be the first to say how much I love the sunshine, the long nights and the warm breeze. However, I know for me that Fall plays a close second to Summer because it brings a lot of great things to the table such as leaves scattered on the ground, cozy sweaters and everything pumpkin spice which is always a huge plus.
I don’t know what it is about September, but I find I’m always encouraged to change up certain aspects of my life and start fresh with a new season. I think this is a good habit to get into, because it gives me 4 times throughout the year to reflect on my lifestyle and make changes where needed. Coming off of Summer, these little changes seem like a must because it can be so easy to get caught up in the fun and forget everything else.
August has been a month for shopping, finding new inspiration and soaking up the summertime goodness. It’s almost hard to believe that August and the summer is coming to a slow close and soon enough we will be welcoming fall with open arms.
There are so many ways to decorate for the fall season, how do you decide? Well, for me personally I have to make sure my decorations are all cat safe (No small items to choke on) and I also have to make sure that they can’t ruin whatever I’m putting up.
