Well, the time has finally come. Christmas is officially around the corner, offices start shutting down (including my own) and snow starts falling. Today in Vancouver we have been lucky enough to see about 10 cm of snow, which is a lot for us!
Finally, we can started counting down the single digit days to Christmas. While posts may be less around West 5th Love (due to cookie overeating and present wrapping), there will still be a few to finish off the year.

This past weekend we got our closest friends together and had an adult PJ party. It was complete with onesies, pizza and 90’s Christmas Movies!
Christmas party season has officially begun! We kicked it off this past weekend and threw a cozy party for our closest friends. We pulled out all the stops we could think of: A dress code of pajamas, pizza for dinner and a special viewing of the Santa Claus.

Earlier this week, we started a new series here at West 5th about Christmas decorating! I’m all about getting into the spirit and decorating pretty much wherever I can. But it’s not always in the budget to buy new Christmas decorations every year.
I love traditions as it gives you something to get excited about, even if it’s only something little. We have a tradition in our house that started when we celebrated our first Christmas as a couple and I wanted to share that with you!
